Saint Salon is an evening built around the simple idea that wine is meant to bring people together. Not a lecture, not a networking event, and not a crowded bar. Just a beautiful room, a glass in your hand, and a group of interesting people who came for the same reason you did.
Throughout the night you will explore six wines, each thoughtfully paired with food from Knotted Roots, moving through the space at your own pace while conversations naturally unfold.
The evening is designed to feel relaxed, social, and a little unexpected. Conversation cards scattered throughout the room offer prompts to spark discussion with the people around you, whether you arrived with friends or came solo.
For those feeling a little mischievous, the Saint Confessional invites guests to step behind the curtain and anonymously share a wine confession, a hot take, or a story worth telling.
